My client have a requirement for an experienced Fire Project Manager to work on a large installation project in Central London.

Paying £400 - 425 a shift + Outside IR35 + Long term works

The project manager will be expected to take full ownership of the project through its entire lifecycle dealing with: Contractual and Commercial matters, Health and Safety, Quality Assurance/Control, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning stages and Client Relationship.

The role is based in London and you will be expected to oversee the sub contractor’s on site install and commission a Fire Suppression and Detection system.

Key Attributes of the Project Manager;

+ Experience of Managing of Fire Projects

+ Proven ability to interpret specifications and contract requirements and deliver fully compliant solutions and execution plans.

+ Proven ability to lead a major projects design and delivery team

+ Experience in the leadership and implementation of HS&E requirements to company policy and current legislation.

+ Proven ability to control project costs (P&L), manage change, identify and mitigate risk.

This role would ideally suit anyone that has experience managing Fire Alarm projects to the value of £1 million +.

In return my client will ensure an established projects team in place to ensure you meet your objectives.

Day Rate: £400 - 425 a shift a day with weekly payments.
