We are actively looking for a Fire Risk Assessor to join a housing association in the outer Birmingham area on a temporary basis. In return you will receive a 3-month contract, hybrid working, mileage coverage, the opportunity to have your contract extended, the opportunity to be made permanent.

As the Fire Risk Assessor, you will be:
- Carrying out FRA's across a range of domestic and residential properties
- Working with senior management to create safety cases and safety case reports
- Providing fire safety advice to colleagues
Experience / Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a fire risk assessor completing type 1-3 FRA's
- Social housing / residential experience
- Previous experience providing fire safety advice to colleagues and contractors
- Fire relevant qualifications
As the Fire Safety Advisor, you will receive:
- £330 - £350 per day
- 3-month contract
- Hybrid working
- Mileage coverage
- The opportunity to have your contract extended
- The opportunity to be made permanent
