A specialist Health, Safety and Fire consultancy is seeking a Fire Risk Assessor to join their growing team in South London.

The Fire Risk Assessor's Role

The Fire Risk Assessor will work as part of a team of five fire professionals, delivering fire engineering and surveying services across a diverse range of sectors. Their projects include residential (both new build and existing), nuclear, factories, government, and commercial properties.

  • Conducting Type 3 & 4 Fire Risk Assessments
  • Carrying out fire door inspections
  • Undertaking fire compartmentation surveys
  • Providing expert fire safety advice to clients
The Successful Fire Risk Assessor Will Have
  • A relevant qualification such as NEBOSH Fire Certificate, CFPA Diploma, or a recognised fire safety accreditation
  • Membership of a recognised fire safety body (e.g. IFE, IFSM, or similar)
  • Experience conducting Type 3 & 4 Fire Risk Assessments
  • Knowledge of fire compartmentation and fire door inspections
  • A strong understanding of UK fire safety regulations and best practices
  • Full UK driving license
