Job Title: Compliance Manager / Technical Estimator

Responsibilities:

• Compile evidence and documentation to support BAFE & NSI audits.
• Lead NSI & BAFE audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in management meetings to meet BAFE & NSI KPIs.
• Support Operations Team without direct management responsibilities.
• Design fire alarm and security systems, ensuring compliance.
• Prepare Operation & Maintenance documentation for projects.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications and experience in the field.
• Experience in compiling evidence for BAFE & NSI audits.
• In-depth knowledge of BAFE & NSI regulations.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in fire alarm and security system design software.
• Experience in estimating project costs.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.
