We are currently looking for a Sommelier to join a team who are passionate about providing excellent food, outstanding service and an unrivalled guest experience. My client is a 2 Michelin star restaurant located in Nottingham

Ideal candidate:

The successful Sommelier will have the following:

• Experience as a Sommelier, ideally in a Michelin/multi rosette fine-dining venue.
• Ideally having Level 3 WSET or a similar qualification with the Court of Master Sommeliers.
• The desire and motivation to deliver exceptional levels of service in a Michelin/multi rosette fine-dining environment.
• Experience of looking after stock take and logging of breakages and wastage.
• Great communication skills.
• Impeccable standards with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Confidence to deliver training to and inspire the FOH team.
