By working with work-based learners and delivering apprenticeships, you'll provide the support, guidance, and motivation they need to achieve career-building qualifications. You’ll also help them develop essential skills in Maths and English when necessary, all while managing your own administrative tasks.

What Will You Bring to the Role?
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Qualifications:
- Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instruction
- Level 3 Certificate or Diploma in Personal Training
- Level 3 Nutrition
- GCSEs in English and Maths (C or above or equivalent)
- Professional Experience:
- Recent experience as a General/Fitness Manager within the Health & Fitness sector
- Any coaching qualification
- Group Circuits L2
- Group Static Indoor Cycling L2
- National Pool Lifeguard or equivalent
- Exercise to Music
- Managerial Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification
- Experience working within a Work-Based Learning (WBL) or education environment
