Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an outstanding level of customer service.
- Motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness goals with energy and positivity.
- Conduct gym inductions and create tailored training programs for service members.
- Lead engaging group exercise classes that cater to a variety of fitness levels.
- Undertake daily gym floor operations, including cleaning, maintenance checks, and ensuring equipment is in safe working condition.
- Minimum Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification.
- Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification preferred.
- First Aid qualification preferred.
- A competitive hourly rate of £14 per hour, paid weekly.
- Flexibility to select shifts that suit your schedule.
