Studio 33 is an exciting new fitness studio dedicated to providing a diverse range of fitness classes that cater to all levels of fitness enthusiasts. Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals through a variety of high-energy, engaging, and effective workouts. We offer a wide array of classes, including Pilates, HIIT, Strength and Conditioning, Combat, and more. As we prepare to launch, we are looking for passionate and dynamic Fitness Instructors to join our team and help shape the future of fitness in our community.

Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and experienced Fitness Instructors with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

· Pilates

· High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

· Strength and Conditioning

· Combat Fitness (Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA, etc.)

· Yoga

· Dance Fitness (Zumba, Hip Hop, etc.)

· Spin/Cycling

· Barre

· Personal Training

As a Fitness Instructor at Studio 33, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality classes that inspire and challenge our clients. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating environment that encourages members to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and deliver effective and engaging fitness classes tailored to various fitness levels.

· Provide modifications and progressions to ensure classes are accessible to all participants.

· Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere, encouraging members to reach their full potential.

· Demonstrate proper exercise techniques to prevent injuries and ensure client safety.

· Stay current with industry trends and continually develop your skills through ongoing education.

· Engage with clients before and after classes, building strong relationships and promoting studio offerings.

· Collaborate with the studio team to create a cohesive and dynamic class schedule.

· Assist with maintaining studio cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:

· Certification in your area of expertise (e.g., Pilates, Group Fitness, Personal Training, etc.)

· CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)

. Current DBS required

· Minimum of 1-2 years of experience teaching group fitness classes.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.

· Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse group of clients.

· Flexible schedule with the ability to teach morning, evening, and/or weekend classes.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Multiple fitness certifications (e.g., Yoga, Strength Training, Nutrition)

· Experience working with a diverse clientele, including beginners and advanced athletes.

· Strong social media presence and ability to help promote studio classes.
