At Macklin Motors MG Edinburgh we are looking for a Fleet Administrator to join our team!

We are offering a basic salary of £25,000 plus an excellent range of Company benefits.

As our Fleet Administrator your day to day duties will include establishing invoicing and taxing, liasing with finance companies, debt control, vehicle availability in line with customer requests, compiling stock lists, with pricing where required to support tactical sales, arranging vehicle deliveries, preparing and completing all relevant paperwork ensuring a smooth process for the delivery of all customer vehicles takes place.

You will be passionate about our customers and products, always acting with integrity and professionalism and be the first point of call for customer queries ensuring they are handled efficiently and effectively.

Applicants will have ideally have previous experience as an Fleet Administrator within the motor industry and must have a good knowledge of Excel.
