Fleet Coordinator

CantelloTayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Fleet Coordinator to join our client based in Egham.

To liaise between the Hire Fleet and Production teams to help to ensure that as many hire fleet bikes as possible are available to hire and be delivered within the SLAtimelines we offer in our contracts. This is a fast growing team that requires someone to be efficient and effective in what they do.

The successful Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • To liaise between the policy holders and our internal teams to ensure hire bikes are delivered within our SLA parameters
  • To work with the logistics team ensuring the hire bikes are booked onto the delivery vans for distribution
  • Making sure the production team have cleaned and prepared stock ready to go out
  • Organising paperwork for the drivers to give to the policy holders
  • Ensuring we have enough helmets on site for hire bikes - ordering, stock checks etc
  • Maintaining relevant google sheets and excel sheets regarding work in progress
  • Managing the maintenance of the fleet to ensure that it is legally compliant (MOT, tax, insurance, servicing)
  • Responding to issues with customers on our hire bikes
  • Dealing with outside agencies to resolve unexpecting issues (external suppliers, police, local authorities)

The Fleet Coordinator will have:

  • 3 years coordination experience
  • Experience of MS office
  • Ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally to the business
  • Proven track record of working on your own initiative
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experienced in work in a team environment

Education and Professional Qualifications

  • Educated to NVQ / A’Level experience or by relevant qualified by experience
