We currently have a vacancy for a FLEET COORDINATOR with our internationally renowned logistics/transport client in Solihull, Birmingham, B92.  Pay is based on a salary of £30,358.09 pa  (£14.59ph)

Hours of work: 40 hours (0800-1600/0700-1500)

Days of work: Monday to Friday

Pay:  paid hourly £14.59ph

Duties:

• Capturing vehicle for services / MOTs
• Ensure the fleet remains compliant and roadworthy
• Dealing with service providers
• Chasing and checking paperwork
• Booking in vehicle services and MOTs
• Data entry
• Following correct processes to audit standard

Required:
- UK Road Haulage experience (ideal candidate will have worked in a transport office environment)
- May suit an experienced transport office clerk looking to futher their career 
- Computer Skills (Word/Excel)
- Good Telephone Manner
- Ability and willingness to work full-time hours
- Access to transport or be able to commute to Solihull, Birmingham, B92
