Vertu Motors Group Fleet are currently recruiting a Fleet Sales Administrator to join our team!

We are offering a £23,000 Basic Salary with a £26,000 OTE plus a range of company benefits!

The role is a vital role to the public sector Team. The role holder will be responsible for supporting the key account customers and the Senior support team for public sector and ensuring the customer service level is upheld. 

The Main aspect of the role is to process the administration for the key account manager. Day to day these are aspects of the job that may be covered.:

  • Managing delivery bookings for fleet customers including public sector
  • Working with Prep sites for vehicle readiness
  • Working with our dealers to ensure vehicles are taxed.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries relating to delivery
  • Processing customer aftercare with delivery, looking to ensure customer service is upheld.
