24/7 are thrilled to be partnered with one of the biggest supply chain providers in the UK. Our client is looking for an Fleet Specialist based in Alconbury

Shift and Pay Information for an Accounts Manager:

  • Monday to Friday - 7.5 hours per days (timings to be agreed)
  • Salary in the region of £22 to £23K

Main Accountabilities:

  • Provide fleet management support for the clients fleets across the 5 brands & NLC
  • Pro actively management the fleets to ensure efficient in fleeting and defleeting in line with brands requirements.
  • Detailed analysis of wave planning recommendations to be presented to the brands at monthly meetings.
  • Annual budget trackers and activity forecasting aligned to brand planning
  • Order and Register vehicels for brand
  • Update the brands throughout the month to ensure ordering, registration and defleet targets are met and on time
  • Use the monthly and weekly reports to analyse fleet trends and ensure the integrity of data is maintained.
  • Strive for continuous improvement and share best practise across the brands.
  • Weekly calls to the brands to capture any concerns and rectify proactively
  • Prepare and present monthly reviews meetings with the Brands

For this job you will require:

  • Data analysis experience with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong Administration skills with a min of 3yrs + experience
  • Finance and business acumen
  • Team Player with the proven ability to take ownership of specific tasks.
  • Excellent communication both verbally and written those with proven inbound and outbound experience would be desirable.
