My client, a market leading UK based Environmental Consultancy which specialises in Hydrology, Infrastructure and Highways, is searching for a Flood Risk Modeller to join and their established Team of specialists based in Cheltenham.

This role will involve varied Flood Risk, Drainage and Hydraulic Modelling Projects for Private Sector Clients and Local Authorities. As a specialist Flood Risk Modeller you will be required to complete Flood Risk Assessments, Surface Water Management Plans, Nutrient Neutrality Assessments, Drainage Strategies and Hydraulic Modelling using Flood Modeller and Tuflow.

This innovative Consultancy can offer varied projects spanning climate change, landscape architecture, wetland restoration and natural flood management. Training will be provided by the experienced team.

It is essential that applicants have a strong background in Hydrology including a BSc and/or MSc in a related discipline (e.g. River Basin Dynamics, Hydrology or Environmental Management) and have experience specialising in Hydraulic Modelling using Tuflow or Flood Modeller.

It is also beneficial for applicants to reside close to a local office.

This role can be based in Cheltenham but can also be based in other office locations. There is a possibility of remote working too!
