Are you an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver seeking a reliable, long-term opportunity in Coventry?

Empowered Personnel is actively recruiting FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join our client based in Coventry, CV3.

Expired and in-house FLT Counterbalance licenses are accepted (as long as you have a recent proven experience in driving counterbalance trucks)

Job Details:
Please note that while this role includes Counterbalance Forklift operation, it predominantly involves 90% warehouse work and 10% forklift driving.

Shifts Available:
• Monday to Friday, 22:00-06:00

Job Responsibilities:
• Picking and Packing: Efficiently handle customer orders into carriers, cages, stillages, or pallets.
• Forklift Operation: Safely drive a counterbalance truck for goods transportation within the warehouse.
• RF Scanning: Use RF scanners accurately for goods put-away, ensuring precise inventory management.
• Heavy Lifting (Up to 20kg): Assist with the manual handling of goods, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

We Offer:
• Competitive Pay: £13.99 per hour - £29,099.20 per annum
• Full 8-Hour Pay: You are paid for the entire 8-hour shift, including breaks.

Requirements:
• Valid or expired / in-house Counterbalance Forklift Certificate
• Recent experience operating a counterbalance truck
• Previous experience in warehouse operations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
