About the Role

Base Location: Perth

Salary: £31,339 - £35,892 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: 15 Month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time  | Flexible First options available

SSE Facilities Management provides support to our stakeholders to enable them to focus on there core business activities. We provide a full range of facilities management services and are looking for enthusiastic, innovative, dynamic individuals who will contribute to the team meeting the challenging business targets.

The main objective of the role is to provide administrative support to other members of the FM Operational & Technical Support teams through ensuring all appropriate records and policies are kept up to date related to the various statutory and/or regulatory work the team deliver on SSE sites across the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

Duties include but are not limited to - all areas of admin support for FM Engineering team activities including finance, contractor management, asset management, work order management and scheduling, document filing and management, project management, framework contract support, stakeholder & contractor queries, Helpdesk support and any other administrative tasks required by the FM Engineering team.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Demonstrate experience in a similar role or have proven strong administration skills.

- Experience in CAFM software or similar system.

- Basic knowledge of statutory compliance and SSE’s legal requirements under the relevant legislation.

- Possess strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products.
