Eleven Eleven Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for a FM Projects & Minor Works Health and Safety Manager.

Our client is seeking a dedicated FM Projects and Minor Works Compliance Manager to oversee all safety aspects of facilities management projects and minor works. Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and company FM policies while fostering a culture of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support FM Operations and Regional SHEQ Managers for all FM projects and small works.
• Ensure adherence to Group SHEQ policies and statutory requirements.
• Update and manage safety procedures and protocols across all project sites.
• Review safety plans, risk assessments, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain compliance records.
• Investigate incidents and develop preventive actions.
• Communicate safety performance and concerns to senior management.
• Promote continuous safety improvement and stay updated on regulations.
• Prepare monthly reports on project and safety performance.

Technical Skills / Knowledge:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in safety roles within facilities management or construction.
• Strong knowledge of UK safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent risk assessment and mitigation skills.
• NEBOSH General and Construction Certificates are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven track record in managing compliance for multiple projects.
• Environmental qualification is preferable.
