Job Title: Electronic Field Monitoring Officer

Location: Newport

Assignment Details:

- Working Hours: 1600 -1am - Evenings: 4 evenings on, 1 off to include 1 weekend a month

Training - 8 days training course onsite at Crowne Plaza Hotel .90 Lanley Dr, RH11 7SX - Accommodation and evening meals provided (Sunday to Friday)

Salary: £12.36

Your Role:

As an Electronic Field Monitoring Officer, you'll play a key part in:

  • Installing and decommissioning electronic monitoring equipment in the homes of those subject to electronic monitoring.
  • Visit the homes of those on curfew, with the purpose of installing and calibrating monitoring equipment, so that the person on curfew can be detected within the boundaries of their property.
  • Installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication
  • Delivering top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring

What You Bring:

  • Full UK Driving License
  • Extensive travel within the UK - Car & fuel car provided for work purposes
  • No prior experience needed - we'll provide all the training you need!
  • BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco upon successful application)
  • DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent standard of verbal English
  • Ability to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
