FNOL Claims Handler

£27,000 

Location: Warrington, UK - Hybrid/Flexible working (1 day per week WFH)

 This role is for a Motor FNOL Claims Handler to handle motor claims on behalf of the Broker Claims Teams. The main responsibility is to identify potential clients that would benefit from the company's in-house claims services. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a clear and confident telephone manner. Key Responsibilities of the FNOL Claims Handler:

  • Provide a claims handling service by acting as first point of contact for clients
  • Report and record details of new motor incidents and submit the FNOL to the clients' relevant motor insurer and broker
  • Liaise with insurers, repairers, and other agents
  • Promote the company's in-house claims services to clients
  • Undertake any other duties as necessary

Required knowledge and experience for the FNOL Claims Handler role:

  • Clear and confident telephone manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Good emotional control and behaviour under pressure
  • Positive and enthusiastic when dealing with difficult people
