Salary - Up to £28,000 DOE

Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

South Manchester

MPJ Recruitment are proud to be working with a growing business based in South Manchester who will be doubling in size throughout 2025 due to organic growth within the business. This is the perfect to join and really establish yourself within the business.

You will be working in their brand new state of the art working environment which comes with free parking, onsite gym, downstairs restaurants and a variety of amenities to choose from near by. The location of this role is also a short 5 minute walk from the train station for those reliant on public transport.

FNOL Claims Handler duties:

  • Basic knowledge of motor related claims and principles
  • Credit Hire knowledge would be favourable
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely, both oral and written, including an excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure, adhering to deadlines and service standards
  • Good organisation and time management skills with experience of diary management
  • High attention to detail and accuracy of information
