New College is inviting applications for the role of Food, Beverage & Hall Supervisor. This is a full-time, permanent role with a generous holiday allowance including a guaranteed Christmas break each year.

The purpose of the role is to ensure that students, staff, and guests are provided with a high standard of food service and to supervise the buttery and plate wash staff, under the instruction of the Food Service Manager, to ensure that that the day-to-day services run smoothly and effectively.

40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7 on straight shifts, (additional hours may be required at busy times).

Salary range £25,979 - £27,979 per annum, depending on experience.

Essential skills, qualifications, and experience:

• Previous supervisory experience in a busy catering role.
• Familiarity with COSHH standards and Food Safety & Hygiene Regulations.
• Allergen awareness.
