Portfolio Procurement has been engaged by a leading Hospitality/Restaurant company to recruit a Food & Beverage Buyer

Experienced/Skills Required:

  • Food & beverage sourcing experience
  • Expereince within a Restuarant or Hospitality sector
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Confident Negiotator
  • Strong knowledge of Importing products
  • Supplier Quality Assurance including food safety.
  • Strong Supplier/Performance Management
  • Degree Level or equivalent
