  Are you passionate about the food manufacturing industry and its safety processes? Do you have an eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring that the food safety processes are hygienic and safe? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join a well-known food manufacturing organisation as a Food Safety and Quality Administrator
  
  The Role of a Food Safety and Quality Administrator

• Review SSOPs documentation and other relevant documentation
• Conduct regular inspections including chemical checks and water sampling
• Undertake audits to identify and resolve any potential quality and safety issues.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control measures and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in swabbing/testing and analysis, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met.
• Support to Quality Food Safety Lead and Sanitation Lead when required
• Assist in the development and updating of food safety and quality policies and procedures

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in working in food manufacturing/Quality/Sanitation role is beneficial,
• Strong excel and competent with IT
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Highly motivated and excellent work ethic
• Must be able to work to processes and procedures
• Positive persona
• Excellent organisation and planning skills
• Be a problem-solver
