Facility Management Consultancy who covers commercial sites across the UK are looking for a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer from either a FM or Building Services background to work on projects including Offices, Retail and Shopping Centres all in Birmingham City Centre.

Key experience required:

• 4+ years working as a Maintenance Engineer for either a FM or Building Services background.
• Hold qualifications from either an electrical or mechanical
• No call out rota and with optional overtime.
• Has ability working on site independently and as part of a larger team.
