Provide a part time job advert for this role initially 6 hours a week working remotely with a view to increasing to 10 hours once we have reached capacity of 50 members. The aim to the job is to: convert candidates who are interested in becoming self employed football traders to becoming paid members of the service and subscribe to our data by hosting free online training programs, 1 hour a week for 2 weeks. Onboard new members and provide ongoing 1 to 1 support throughout their trading journey, including weekly check-ins. Manage up to 50 members/accounts. They will need to plan how they will structure the training programs and how they will account manage the members to ensure we are retaining our members for the longest time possible. They will be proving monthly reporting on key metrics.

Hours: 6 hours per week initially, increasing to 10 hours per week upon reaching 50 members

Salary: £12.50 per hour
Duration: Ongoing, with initial 3-month probation period

Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager to join their team. The primary goal of this role is to convert interested candidates into paid members and provide exceptional support to ensure their success and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and convert candidates interested in becoming self-employed football traders into paid members through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
  • Plan, structure, and host free online training programs (1 hour a week for 2 weeks) to onboard new members.
  • Guide new members through the onboarding process and provide ongoing 1-to-1 support, including weekly check-ins to monitor their progress and address any concerns.
  • Oversee and manage up to 50 member accounts, ensuring high levels of member satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain members for the longest time possible by fostering a supportive and engaging community.
  • Provide monthly reports on key metrics, including member conversion rates, engagement levels, retention rates, and other relevant performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in hosting training sessions or webinars.
  • Ability to manage and support multiple accounts effectively.
  • Passion for football and understanding of football trading (preferred but not essential).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in using online communication and reporting tools.
