Position: Level 3 Forest School Leader
Location: Winslow
Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week (39-week contract)
Salary: Bucks Pay Range 3 - £100-£112 per day
Term Time Only: Yes
Are you passionate about outdoor education and dedicated to fostering holistic development in children and young people? Timeplan Education is seeking a Level 3 Forest School Leader to join a local school in Winslow. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering programmes that develop children's confidence, social skills, language, and communication, while promoting:
- Play, exploration, and supported risk-taking.
- Learning on the land as an integral part of their education and healthy development.
- A nature-based outdoor learning program that focuses on holistic development and growth in children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver engaging Forest School sessions.
- Foster a love for nature and outdoor learning.
- Support children and young people in their primary, secondary, or post-16 education.
- Encourage play, exploration, and safe risk-taking.
- Promote holistic development through nature-based activities.
Eligibility:
- Keen to work supporting children and young people across different age groups.
- Willing to work as a Forest School/Outdoor Learning Leader.
- Hold a Level 3 Certificate in Forest School Leadership.
