Fork lift driver

Timber DC is looking for an experienced Forklift Driver.

Rotational shift pattern- 1st-week 5:45am-2:30pm, 2nd-week 9am-6pm

LOCATION: London Rd, Purfleet, RM19 1RP

Key Responsibilities

• Help to prepare orders, load and unload customer and supplier vehicles using a Forklift Truck and Side Loader to minimize manual handling (training will be provided)

• Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products

• Maintain stock levels in both the shop and yard areas, carrying out regular stock counts

• Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous industry experience essential and FLT Side Loader License

• Stellar communication and people skills

• Customer focussed individual

• Confident working both indoors and outdoors, with a strong focus on H&S

• Comfortable in a role involving extensive manual handling of bulky items

• Full valid manual driving license would be beneficial
