Our Client based in Northampton is looking for forklift/counterbalance drivers to join their busy team .

Your primaryresponsibility will involveoperating a forklift truck totip and load single deck or double deck trailers with curtain sidesin our pallet hub

Requirements:

• Hold a valid FLT Licence

• Attention to detail

• Team player

• Must have experience of at least 2 years

You will also be:

• Guaranteeing the quality of freight loadingandtransshipment through the hub to its destination, whether to positionitin a bay area or to load itonto a waiting vehicle or stationary trailer.

• Conductingregularpre-checks to verifythat equipment is fit for operation.

• Makingsuretoreportinstances of non-compliance/accidents/near misses/abuse/intimidation, etc

• To deliver information and to interact with customer vehicle operators, if and when necessary.

• Confirmthat reports have been created for damaged products,inadequately presented vehicles,site damage, and equipment damage, amongothers.

• Usemachinery to fulfil jobspecifications

Please note there is no heavy lifting involved

Temp to Perm contract
