Fostering Kinship Social Worker - Flexible Working

Requirements:

• Social work qualification
• Social Work England Registration
• High standard of report writing
• Extensive Kinship and Fostering experience
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and child safeguarding procedures

This local authority are seeking Social Workers to join their their Kinship Team. As a Social Worker in the Kinship Team, you will be responsible for assessing Kinship carers and Special Guardians during care proceedings and offering ongoing support.

What they Offer:

• Pay rate is £35 per hour
• Hybrid working - you will be expected to be on-site a minimum of 1 day a week.
• The team have an average of 15 cases per person
• Duty will be undertaken in the office approx 3 days a month, with an on-site team meeting every other week
