Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs? A leading college in Isleworth is looking for a dedicated Functional Skills Lecturer to join their Foundation Learning team on a temporary basis.

• Teach English & Maths Functional Skills to students on Foundation Level vocational courses.
• Develop engaging learning materials tailored to a range of support needs.
• Carry out assessments, track student progress, and contribute to curriculum development.

?? Recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain one).

?? Experience teaching English/Functional Skills up to Level 2, ideally in further education.

?? Ability to support students with diverse learning needs and remove barriers to learning.

?? Strong IT, communication, and teamwork skills.

?? Knowledge of Safeguarding, Prevent, and inclusive teaching practices.
