This growing Rec-Tech Start-Up has secured funding, and with its innovative AI-linked concept, is now looking for a Founding Software Engineer to develop and bring the product to life.

Company

The product is aimed at Recruiters to be used to automate the majority of tasks - for example, you can search by keyword and location and it will build a list of potential candidates for you to review. It takes advantage of public databases, such as LinkedIn, and combines effectively with your email to schedule emails. The company has 3 people so far, with a CTO, and 2 contractors who focus on Engineering and Marketing.

Role

You would be joining the brand, and owning the end-to-end SDLC for the brand, using Node.js on the back-end, and Javascript and React on the front-end. There would be a close collaboration with the current contractors and the CTO to ensure that the vision for the product follows closely with the initial set-out roadmap.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will get a salary of up to £90,000. Equity is also available.
