A new opportunity has arisen for a qualified accountant who is highly proficient in Excel modelling to assume a high-profile role within the FP&A team of a listed Real Estate business. Reporting into a dynamic Head of FP&A, this is a broad role offering the successful candidate true progression and development in a high growth environment. The calibre of the finance team at this business is second to none; it is populated with truly impressive individuals who will support the FP&A Analyst as they progress in their career.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as primary finance business partner to a key group function
  • Owning the appraisal of various investment initiatives, optimising performance of assets as they mature / progress in their lifecycle
  • Preparing and submitting divisional and group budgets on an annual basis, plus periodic reforecasts
  • Supporting the Sustainability team as they prepare their Net Zero Carbon model

Candidates will be:

  • Qualified accountants with at least a couple of years of PQE in industry
  • Highly proficient in Excel and able to build financial models from scratch
  • An excellent communicator and a team player; individuals who have a proactive approach thrive in this team
  • Either experienced in the Real Estate industry or able to demonstrate a genuine interest in learning more about the industry

The organisation operates from lovely central London offices on a hybrid basis (c. 3 times per week with "set" finance days).
