FP&A Analyst

As the FP&A Accountant you will be supporting with production of management accounts and lead on the analysis of
sales and operational expenditure. You will take ownership of performance management including identifying and
reporting KPIs which are linked to the company strategies and goals.

In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with senior leadership. Your ability to identify trends, risk and adapt
strategies will be key. You will support the strategic planning and strategic initiatives of the company including acquisitions and investment appraisal by providing financial planning and modelling.

Daily responsibilities;

• Production of forecasts, budgets and cash flow forecasts.
• Lead on financial and KPI analysis and reporting to the CFO and SLT
• Analysis of variancs and reporting of trends and risks
• Produce/Support with monthly management reporting
• Work closely with the Business Analysis team

Key strategies;

• Support the CFO in communicating financial strategy issues and recommended changes to senior management and board members.
• Support and contribute to the production of the five-year business plan and financial strategy.
• Provide the board with relevant and timely information to enable it to assess performance against the group's strategy and objectives.
• Develop financial KPIs which will be used to assess the success of both the business and the financial strategy.
• Analyse competitor and market financial information to provide insight to assist with decision making
• Business performance reporting
