Description

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to assess trends and provide strategic insights.
  • Lead on operational business performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Deliver financial models and forecasts to support long-term business goals.
  • Create board-level reports to inform leadership decision-making.
  • Conduct detailed operational and financial analysis to improve efficiencies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to influence business strategies and outcomes.
  • Develop key metrics and benchmarks to assess organisational performance.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and data-driven projects.

Profile

The successful FP&A Analyst will be QBE/part/qualified in ACA, ACCA or CIMA and demonstrate:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Job Offer

  • Competitive Salary: £48,000 - £55,000
  • Hybrid working model: 2-3 days in the office + Occasional travel to London (expensed).
