FP&A Manager - Media Agency

Salary £75,000 - £80,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Based in Central London (hybrid working)

Talentedge are currently working an industry leading media agency part of a larger network going through a period of exciting growth who are looking to hire an FP&A Manager to provide high level financial insight and analysis to key senior stakeholders.

This role will play an integral role within the already established commercial finance team supporting the execution of revenue and metric targets and delivery of strategic goals. This is a great opportunity to immerse yourself in a thriving media business liaising with all levels of stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the region’s annual/quarterly financial planning and budgeting exercises, as well as input into yearly target setting process
  • Supporting the region’s month-end and bi-quarterly flash exercises
  • Providing financial analysis on the region’s monthly/quarterly business performance both as a region and across all brands
  • Maintaining cost trend analysis to identify areas of potential cost savings
  • Developing strategic action plans for markets to achieve financial and business targets
  • Acting as a key support to market CFOs and finance teams, as well as global FP&A team, on all reporting requirements
  • Monitoring EMEA working capital, collections and process, providing report to Global controllers on monthly WC results
  • Supporting with key projects and rolling out new FP&A and business processes
  • Partnering Corporate and Global teams on accounting issues, including revenue recognition to ensure adherence of Corporate accounting policies
  • Working on remediation of SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) issues
  • Management of 2-3 direct reports

About you:

  • Ideally ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified with a strong academic profile
  • Relevant FP&A experience in a large multi-national Group
  • Strong analysis skills and ability to question numbers as required
  • Strong MS Excel and Powerpoint skills are essential, knowledge of SAP & Hyperion is useful
  • Self-starter with excellent attention to detail
