FP&A Manager – Nottingham - £60-70k + Car + Bens – Hybrid working

We are delighted to be working with this reputable service company based in North Nottinghamshire who are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager.  This role is essential for achieving financial objectives; business partnering to ensure alignment between financial goals and overall business strategies. With strong analytical skills and effective communication, the FP&A Manager plays a key role in steering the company towards increased growth. Key responsibilities….
  • You will generate accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders
  • You will drive continuous improvement in the financial planning processes
  • You will communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
  • You will be responsible for developing and overseeing comprehensive financial plans, budgets and forecasts
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to provide insights into financial performance and mitigate risks
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coherence between financial and operational objectives
  • You will manage and mentor direct reports, fostering their professional growth.

What the client is looking for…
  • You must be a qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA with relevant post-qualification experience
  • Have experience in FP&A including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
  • Experience in identifying and analysing financial trends, financial modelling and scenario analysis
  • Have excellent excel skills
  • You must be a strategic thinkerYou must be able to travel to other offices when required.
