A leading retailer with an international presence is currently recruiting a FP&A Manager based at their Head Office in C. London.

You will lead a team of three people managing the financial planning and analysis for their 250+ retail stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, forecasting, and analysing sales performance, as well as providing insights to support business decision-making. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain financial models, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for retail stores
  • Analyse sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges to inform business decisions
  • Provide insights and recommendations to store managers, regional leaders, and senior management on sales strategies, inventory management, labour planning, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and operations to optimize business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with store managers and regional leaders to understand their financial needs and provide support
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and implement initiatives to drive cost savings
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure store performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage a team of financial analysts and coordinators to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with previous experience within an omni-channel retail business.
