FP&A Manager

Your new company
An exciting role to be a part of a listed Marine services company in an FP&A Manager position in their London head office. You will be joining a high-performing and driven finance department, reporting to the Head of FP&A.
Your new role
This is a key role in the FP&A team where you will have a wide range of varied responsibilities. Your role will include:
- Presenting monthly management information to senior management
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Ownership of long-term planning including 5-year plans
- Producing quality reports using data analytics
- Commentary on current vs budget
- Develop and implement dashboard reports and relevant planning tools
- Develop financial models to support decision-making
- Business partnering with heads of departments

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Qualified Accountant with an ACA or CIMA qualification and experience working in a large complex organisation. Ideally, a listed company would be beneficial. The role requires you to be confident in using ERP systems and BI tools and experience of Cognos and IBM would be desirable. You will also be a confident communicator and experienced at presenting financials to senior leadership.
