Michael Page Finance are delighted to be partnering a prestigious Architecture and Design company based in West London.

With a turnover of £30million, the business are renowned for delivering high-end luxury projects. Founded 40 years ago, the business has won countless awards for the designs, innovation and best in class and have a rich heritage delivering world renowned projects.

Based in their new modern offices in South West London, the business works with ambitious HNWI to push the boundaries of design.

Reporting to the CFO they are looking to appoint a FP&A Manager (Newly created).

Description

Reporting to the CFO, the FP&A Manager will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the CFO with ad-hoc analysis, insight and strategic initiatives and planning.
  • Key partner to the Commercial Director and Commercial teams
  • Planning, modelling and reporting, to provide insights to inform decision making
  • Mentor and develop 1 direct report
  • System and process transformation
  • Develop KPI and dashboards for project performance

Profile

The successful FP&A Manager will ideally be:

  • A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
  • Demonstrable experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance
  • Able to build relationships and influence finance and non-finance stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience/desire to improve systems (PowerBi / Deltek)
  • Ability to manage multiple work-flows

Job Offer

The FP&A Manager position comes with a base salary of £80,000-£85,000 plus package.
