Accountable Recruitment are currently supporting a Group based near Prescot as they recruit for an FP+A Analyst to join their team in this newly created role.

You will be acting as a business partner to the Management Team, working cross functionally with key stakeholders across the group, with some visits to other UK sites. The purpose of the role is to analyse Financial data and make recommendations to support key business and financial decision-making.

The successful candidate will be a self starter with strong communication skills and an analytic eye, with exposure to the following:

Key Duties

  • Providing reports and insights into Finance data for the group
  • Weekly KPI reporting
  • Providing commentary on the group's financial performance
  • Communicating and interpreting Financial data to Non-Finance Managers.
  • Partnering between different entities and functions of the group and with key stakeholders
  • Identifying problem areas and presenting recommendations to company management
  • Commercial support to Leadership team
  • Cost / Margin / Variance analysis
  • Support with numerous projects such as new group ERP rollout
  • Recommend and implement key business decisions

Experience Required

  • Experience in a role with analysis
  • Good reporting skills
  • Strong Excel and system skills
  • Self starter
  • Ability to manage work load
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with finance and non finance personell
  • Manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential
  • PQ / QBE - full study support available
