Surrey - FPGA Design Engineer - 45k - £50k

Our client is a well-established company that specialises in the manufacture of audio products. They are looking for an Engineer experienced within FPGA development, specifically with expertise in Xilinx FPGA and programming in VHDL/Verilog.


Main Responsibilities:

+ Design and develop FPGA-based solutions using Xilinx FPGA, implement and verify digital logic designs, and perform timing analysis and optimisation.
+ Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate FPGA designs, debug and troubleshoot FPGA designs in hardware, and document design specifications and testing procedures.

Skills Needed:

+ Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in FPGA development.
+ Proficient in Xilinx FPGA, including VHDL/Verilog, Vivado, and associated tools.
+ Passion for the audio industry!

Further Information:

This role is hybrid so you can utilise 2 days from home but this will vary from project to project.

The role also comes with great benefits including:

+ Discretionary bonus scheme

+ Non-contributory 6% of salary with a minimum of 3% contributory from you

+ Life assurance - 4 times basic salary

+ Permanent Health Insurance - Currently 75% of basic salary paid after 13 weeks qualifying period and capped at a maximum 5 years.

+ Private medical insurance - Cover for yourself only, currently provided by BUPA (excludes general dentistry).
