Freelance Midweight UX Product Manager | Remote | 3 months + extensions | Inside IR35 if UK based

We are looking for a talented UX Product Manager to join a thriving, existing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in digital and ecommerce, passionate about UX and possess excellent strategic delivery skills to support a growing team of designers. They will also manage product visions and visualise them with designers and communicating that to high-level stakeholders. They must be confident, proactive and personable with a proven ability to problem solve and prioritise under pressure.

What you'll be doing:

  • Defining UX vision, goals, objectives, metrics in respective areas
  • Apply combination of design thinking and technical BA skills to analyse current state, trends, tech to craft UX strategies
  • Manage roadmap and backlog for the design squads, and for some projects, multidisciplinary squads

Musts:

  • Digital and ecommerce experience
  • Good working knowledge of UX and design principles
  • Proactive and confident attitude
  • Excellent relationship management skills, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
  • Good at organising and problem solving
  • Understanding of Project Management methodologies
  • 5 years+ professional experience
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Must be happy working UK hours (if not UK based)

Preferred:

  • Design background
  • Experience in finance and/or SaaS
