Multidisciplinary build contractor that are Midlands based and operate and work on a nationwide basis are looking for a freelance Project Manager ideally from 17th February in Maidstone, Kent to work on a 20 week contract which is decommissioning works on the site of an existing manufacturing company. Reporting in to the visiting Operations Director you will have full autonomy and control for the running and delivery of the project from inception through to completion and handover to the client. As the Project Manager you will have a Site Manager reporting into yourself and you will be responsible for overseeing the daily planning and programming of works involved, engaging and point of contact to the client providing them daily updates and highlighting any issues arising as the facility will still be a live environment. Other duties will involve working with both the client and planner to resolve any potential changes, variations and extension to programme. You will also be responsible ensuring that all works are carried out and adhered to both the client and contractor Health & Safety plan, RAMS etc as well as chairing both client and subcontractor meetings.

CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be mandatory, ideally also to hold NEBOSH certificate. For further details please contact Craig Homer at the Birmingham office on / or
