• Manage and adapt international shipping processes to meet customer requirements and address challenges.
• Coordinate tasks effectively within the team to ensure operational excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international team members, third-party agents, and customers.
• Provide essential reporting and documentation support to enhance relationship management and operational transparency.

• High school degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Global Forwarding.
• Fluency in English with strong customer service skills.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
