Our client is a leading global logistics provider. With services ranging from domestic and international express delivery, e-commerce shipping and fulfilment solutions, road, air and sea freight, to supply chain management, consumer retail services, technical support and more. They are looking for a Freight Operations Executive, responsible for end-to-end control of all shipments coming into and out of their Roadfreight depot.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manifest daily export trailers and send related pre-advice
  • Update collection and delivery status in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for web bookings.
  • Monitor, chase and process all POD ensuring timely updating of internal system.
  • Chase delivery agents for all outstanding POD.
  • Working with Warehouse and Transport teams to ensure smooth and efficient movement of all shipments.
  • Customer Service - dealing with queries from customers, subcontractors and drivers and assist in their enquiries via phone and email
