French Speaking Associate Talent Acquisition Partner

Role: French Speaking Associate TA Partner 

Type: Ongoing Temporary 

Location: Hybrid - 3 days in Central London office, 2 days from home 

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm 

Salary: £30K per annum (pro-rata)

Their dynamic and inclusive team is dedicated to excellence, and they are now seeking a talented French Speaking Associate TA Partner to join their amazing recruitment team. 

About the Role:

As a French Speaking Associate TA Partner, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and communicating to hiring managers. You will play a critical role in ensuring they attract and retain top talent. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in London’s office and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle

- Source and screen candidates using various platforms and techniques

- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability

- Liaise and communicate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports

Who are you:

- Fluency in French (essential) + English (Essential) + Hebrew (not essential)

- Experience in recruitment (any sector, agency or internal)

- A confident, bubbly, and great communicator

- A strong desire to learn and succeed
