Your new company
This exciting organisation is seeking French-speaking customer service agents to join their team on a temporary basis. You will need to be available to work shifts morning, afternoon, evening and nights.
Your new role
You will be answering incoming queries via phone, video call, live chat and email. You will be speaking and liaising with customers in a calming and professional manner. You will be able to handle their queries professionally and will be able to provide prompt solutions.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be immediately available for work, and you will be fluent in both French and English. You will also be fully flexible to work shifts Monday - Sunday, including some night shifts. You will have excellent customer service skills and be confident in handling customer queries.

What you'll get in return
You will receive an excellent rate of £13 per hour plus holiday pay. You will also be working from home in the temporary role, but you will potentially have some permanent opportunities too.
