Main duties:
Providing first class customer service to clients as well supporting and coordinating sales and hire services.
The role:
- First point of contact for customers via phone, email and face to face
- To process orders and handle all admin accordingly while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Data base maintenance and stock availability
- Equipment hire control and all coordination thereof
- Be responsible for dispatch and shipping
- Admin as required
- Coordination within internal departments
The candidate:
- Fluent in French essential
- Experience in customer service or sales support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
- Computer literate
