French-speaking Executive Assistant

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Executive Assistant supporting one Partner based in France, and two Directors locally, you will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
- Comprehensive diary management across multiple time zones;
- Coordinating complex international travel including managing Visa requirements and itineraries;
- Setting up internal and external meetings on behalf of executives;
- Client liaison including updating the CRM system and maintaining client relationships;
- Ad hoc support including helping out with project administration, processing expenses, covering other EA annual leave, and additional admin duties.
Our client requires someone who is naturally efficient, energetic, and able to complete important tasks under pressure and tight deadlines. You will be an experienced EA who is highly professional and enjoys working in a great team environment.
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as an EA, having supported senior executives;
- Fluent French-speaking and excellent communication skills;
- Meticulous organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Desirable, but not a dealbreaker, is experience working an international team, ideally from within consulting or professional services industry;
- Ability to adapt in an incredibly fast-paced, changing environment and ‘can do’ attitude;
- IT savvy with MS office skills;
- A good sense of humour (key)!
