French Speaking Sales Executive
This global organisation are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to cover the French region. My client offers a wide range of lighting and electrical products to their global customer base. Their main objective is to deliver revolutionary products that embody the highest standards of quality in LED lighting and Smart Home products.
As an Sales Executive, you will act as a point of contact for their clients. This role is focussed initially on business development (90%) and Account Management (10%). You be responsible for building your client base as well as building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the client.
The role will be hybrid working with 3 days in their offices in Slough and with travel to France as and when needed.
Some other duties and responsibilities include:
? Understanding client needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
? Maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
that arise.
? Identifying areas of growth within current accounts and creating plans to expand business.
? Coordinating with other departments such as sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure
seamless delivery of products or services.
? Preparing and presenting reports on client activity and account performance to management
? Staying up to date with industry trends and client needs to provide relevant insights and
guidance to clients.
? Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of company offerings, policies, and
procedures.
? Meeting or exceeding revenue targets and other performance metrics.
? Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Overall, your role as an
Account Manager is to ensure that customers are satisfied, achieve their objectives, and to build
long-term relationships to acquire repeat businesses.
